Returns & Exchanges

Policy Is Strictly Enforced.

ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

As a small business boutique, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Imperio B discount code or gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

-We do NOT currently accept returns for returns on SALE or FINAL SALE products.
